This creates a mirror-smooth inner wall that ensures perfect fuel atomization, effectively eliminating the need for expensive post-process hydro-erosive grinding.

Custom Taper Control: Inverse, Positive, & Zero Taper

Since hole taper critically defines flow velocity and cavitation, our technology overcomes the inability of traditional methods to produce complex geometries like inverse taper holes (smaller inlet, larger outlet). Through advanced beam shaping and spatial angle adjustment, we achieve precise taper control ranging from 0 to 1.15°, enabling the accurate formation of positive, zero, and high-performance inverse taper profiles to optimize engine performance.

High Precision in 3D Space

We extend this micro-machining capability to complex 3D curved surfaces, maintaining a comprehensive accuracy of ±1μm across circularity, depth, and hole-to-hole consistency. This ensures that the angle and position of every spray hole strictly adhere to the most demanding hydrodynamic designs, ultimately maximizing overall combustion efficiency.
