Glass Process
Glasses (such as fused silica and borosilicate glass) are hard, brittle, and have irregular internal structures, which limit traditional machining methods. With femtosecond laser technology, MONO can etch complex microstructures and microchannels on glass, widely used in microfluidic devices, electrode manufacturing, and scientific research projects.
For microfluidic chips (Lab-on-a-Chip), our ML-NEBULA equipment not only etches channels on glass surfaces but also supports laser direct writing technology——it can directly fabricate complex 3D microfluidic channels inside glass, enabling more sophisticated biochemical reactions.

Ordinary glass is an insulating material, while conductive glass gains conductivity through a conductive film coating on its surface. MONO can precisely etch microstructures on conductive glass to efficiently form device electrodes.
